Dear Fuge,

I have not left town and have been busy working on 15c211 form. It is important to know that the 504 Exemption that allows Pinksheet companies to raise capital has been slowly going away to where we have not done 504 for quite some time. Our transfer will not even accept 504 transfers. While other companies continue to do 504 through other transfers etc., I feel it is not prudent at this time. It is tough to run a company or move one to a different platform without capital. We raised less than 175k over the last year. I have put all I have towards getting the 15c211 done.
