Friday is the pay date for the dividend.

Has anyone heard anything about the restructuring?

Roth and Spec have been debating the current extent of Target's operation. I think it is safe to say their operation has not significantly expanded and will not until the restructuring is complete. This move is key to advancing the company and I am concerned that conclusion of the deal is beginning to drag.

Does anyone have any information to share?
